Hourly rate of $125 with minimum design fee of $3000

 

Are you building a new home or remodeling an existing home? We can design your whole home or multiple rooms from concept to reality. 

 

What's included:

  • One-hour consultation with designer and additional meetings as needed throughout the project

  • Two mood boards, concept elevations, material and finishes boards

  • Furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories purchased on your behalf  

  • Construction drawing package (see "our process" for more information.)

  • Coordination with architects, contractor, and trades

  • Site visits as required

  • Reveal day: once the construction and installation of finishes is completed, we schedule a reveal day where we install all furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories so you can come home to your dream home
